Acceptance of Terms of Usage

By accessing or using the Sunrise Press website (www.sunrisepress.net), you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any additional posted guidelines, restrictions, or rules related to specific services. These Terms and Conditions, along with any posted guidelines, are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

Sunrise Press reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this Site, and continued use constitutes acceptance. Significant changes may be communicated via email or website notice.

By using this Site, you consent to receive communications from Sunrise Press electronically. Notices may be posted on the website or sent via email. If you withdraw your consent to receive communications electronically, you must discontinue your use of this Site.

General Terms

All transactions on www.sunrisepress.net are subject to Utah law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Sunrise Press will not be liable for delays or damages due to unforeseen events, including but not limited to acts of nature, governmental actions, or mechanical failures. Acceptance of these terms occurs when an order is placed.

Order Reservations

Orders are subject to acceptance by Sunrise Press. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to reject any order at any time due to pricing errors, stock issues, or other reasons.

Returns and Replacements

Due to the custom nature of our products, no returns are accepted once an order has entered processing. Claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing within two (2) business days after receipt of the merchandise. Sunrise Press will replace items only if they are found to have been processed incorrectly or damaged in transit.

Payment and Credit Terms

Orders will not be processed if the Buyer’s credit card is declined. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% annual rate) will apply to delinquent accounts. In the event of legal action for collection, the Buyer agrees to pay all associated legal fees and costs.

Limited Warranty

Sunrise Press warrants only the replacement or refund of defective products, at our discretion. The warranty does not cover damages arising from misuse or mishandling. Any implied warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permissible under Utah law.

Shipping Terms

Orders are shipped F.O.B. Origin from our facilities, with the specific shipping point determined at the time of fulfillment. The Buyer assumes responsibility for the goods once they leave the shipping facility. All shipping costs are the Buyer’s responsibility, and Sunrise Press is not liable for delays, damages, or losses incurred during transit. Any claims related to shipping should be directed to the carrier.

Limitation of Liability

Sunrise Press shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product, regardless of the claim.

Cancellations and Refunds

Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun. Refunds are not available for completed orders unless the product is defective due to a processing error or damage in transit.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any transactions occurring under them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. Any legal action arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be brought exclusively in the courts located within the State of Utah, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
